Veriado Guarantee shows the official legal guarantee notice on your product pages and helps you manage qualifying producer guarantees with traceable sources.
Directive (EU) 2024/825 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 introduce new, harmonized notices on the legal guarantee and on producer guarantees.
Two things matter for your store – and they must be kept clearly apart: the notice on the legal guarantee and the EU guarantee label (GARAN).
Official notice on the legal guarantee.
Consumers should be clearly informed about their legal guarantee rights before they buy. Veriado Guarantee shows the official EU notice automatically on your WooCommerce product pages.
Not every guarantee meets the requirements.
The label only applies if the producer grants a free commercial guarantee of durability covering the entire product for more than two years. This is exactly where guarantee management helps.
The legal guarantee notice is enabled by default after activation.

The checkout display uses the classic WooCommerce checkout. With the new block checkout the record is stored with the order; the display there is still in preparation.

Once a day the plugin sends the brand names in your store and the number of products per brand – no customer or order data.
Veriado looks for the official guarantee terms on producer websites, in official PDFs and guarantee documents. Source and check date are stored.

Not adopted automatically: every proposal is reviewed by Veriado before it is made available to retailers.
You receive an email and see the proposal in the plugin – producer, guarantee, duration, source and relevant passage. Then you decide: accept or dismiss. Nothing is activated automatically.
If a producer changes its guarantee terms, the service detects the changed source and provides a new proposal.
The guarantee scan starts as a pilot, initially with brands from the bike trade. There is no claim to completeness – you can add your own rules at any time.

Veriado Guarantee reflects exactly this distinction: without a confirmed guarantee on the entire product, a rule cannot be approved.
