Retail partner program · Bike and sports retail

We don't work with as many retailers as possible. We work with a few, properly.

No more than 20 partners in bike retail and 20 in sports retail. With technology, data, automation and support that doesn't end at go-live.

Why only 20?

In-depth support takes time. That's why we limit the number of partners.

A web agency usually earns money by closing as many projects as possible. After launch, what's left is typically a maintenance contract and a ticket system. That's perfectly fine for many tasks – but it isn't enough to keep developing a specialist retailer.

We work differently: every partner is integrated into our system, technically and operationally, and we work with their numbers, technology and processes on an ongoing basis. That only works with a manageable number of retailers.

  1. 01

    Ongoing effort per partner

We don't invest in a project once; we continuously invest time in each retailer – every week, not only when something breaks.

  2. 02

    Individual analysis

Range, brands, region and systems differ for every retailer. Generic advice rarely helps; we look at the actual data.

  3. 03

    Continuous technical development

Interfaces, product data and the store are improved continuously instead of starting a new project every few years.

  4. 04

    Protecting existing partners

We don't take on retailers who would compete directly with our existing partners. That only works with a limited number of partners.

  5. 05

    Long-term collaboration

The work pays off for both sides over years: data becomes more meaningful, processes settle in, improvements build on each other.

The limit isn't a sales pitch. It's part of our quality model.

One retailer. One system.

The Veriado Control Center is the foundation of our work

Every partner is mapped in our central Control Center. It brings together data from the systems that matter for their business – technical, commercial and marketing.

The point isn't to display as many numbers as possible. It's to see connections that stay invisible in separate systems: which search query leads to which sale, which sale to which contribution margin, which feed error to which loss of revenue.

Possible data sources
  • Store
  • ERP / inventory system
  • Product data
  • Orders
  • Sales
  • Google Analytics
  • Search Console
  • Google Ads
  • Merchant Center
  • CSS
  • Affiliate
  • SEO
  • Marketing costs
  • Contribution margins
  • Liquidity
  • Accounting
Which sources are connected depends on each retailer's systems.
Veriado Control Center Data from all systems in one place, per partner
This turns into questions that can actually be answered
  • Which keywords actually sell?
  • Which products generate contribution margin – and which only revenue?
  • Which campaigns spend budget without selling?
  • Which products get reach but don't convert?
  • Where is product data missing?
  • Where do technical issues prevent revenue?
  • Where is there SEO potential?
  • Where do processes tie up staff unnecessarily?
Concrete optimization Every insight becomes an action with an owner – and its effect is measurable again in the next step.

How we work with the data

  1. 01 Data from store, ERP, Google, marketing and finance
  2. 02 Insight connections instead of isolated numbers
  3. 03 Action specific, prioritized, implemented
  4. 04 Result measured – and the starting point for the next round
Individual support

We don't wait for a ticket to get active

In a classic support model, the retailer gets in touch when something doesn't work. By then, a broken feed has often cost days of visibility.

Together with our partners, we continuously track how their business is developing – and propose actions before an anomaly becomes a problem.

What we keep an eye on together

  • Technical development
  • Visibility
  • Revenue trends
  • Marketing
  • Product data
  • Automation
  • Processes
  • Costs
  • Potential

What this can lead to, for example

  • Reworking a category
  • Fixing feed errors
  • Enriching products with data and images
  • Adjusting a campaign
  • Shifting budget
  • Creating a new landing page
  • Making part of the range more visible
  • Fixing technical conversion issues
  • Automating processes
  • Improving interfaces
Technology

We don't just build the store

Veriado takes care of, or supports, the entire technical foundation. What matters to you isn't the list of tools but what works in the end:

Technology is the foundation. Our collaboration explicitly doesn't end there.

Marketing

Marketing becomes measurable – down to contribution margin

We don't look at marketing in isolation. Clicks, impressions and reach are intermediate steps. What interests us is what actually arrives in the business.

Not just

“Google Ads generated 500 clicks.”

But

Which search queries sold which products – and what economic contribution did they make?

The chain we connect

  1. Search query
  2. Campaign
  3. Click
  4. Product
  5. Order
  6. Contribution margin

On that basis, steering gets better

We don't promise revenue growth. We make sure that decisions about budget and actions are based on reliable numbers.

Automation

Automate what doesn't need to be manual work

In many specialist retail businesses, good employees spend a considerable part of their time moving data from one system to the next. This work is necessary – but it doesn't have to be done by people.

Without integration

Every handover is manual work

  1. ERP / inventory
  2. Excel
  3. Store
  4. Merchant Center
  5. Marketing
  6. Reporting
  7. Accounting

Data is entered multiple times, errors creep in at every handover, and reports are out of date by the time they're done.

With Veriado

Systems talk to each other

⇄ Sync
  • ERP / inventory
  • Store
  • Merchant Center
  • Marketing
  • Reporting
  • Accounting
  • Data is synchronized automatically
  • Routine runs in the background
  • Deviations are reported, not hunted down
  • Employees work on what generates revenue

We automate administration so your team can focus on retail.

Software handles routine. Your team focuses on customers and revenue.

Typical routine work

  • Transferring data
  • Maintaining Excel lists
  • Creating products manually
  • Updating prices
  • Transferring stock levels
  • Hunting for images
  • Entering orders multiple times
  • Building reports by hand
  • Copying data between systems

Where your team creates value

  • Sales
  • Advice
  • Customer loyalty
  • Workshop
  • Purchasing
  • Range development
  • Marketing
  • Business development

Our goal isn't to cut staff. Experienced employees are the most valuable asset in specialist retail – and they are often the ones spending hours on lists and data transfers.

People should work where experience, judgment and customer contact earn money. Software takes care of the rest.

The business as a whole

We don't break your business down into separate disciplines

Commerce, marketing, technology, processes and finance influence each other. A campaign is only as good as the product data it promotes. A range is only as good as its visibility. And every action has to pay off in the end.

That's why we look at every partner as a whole system – and bring the threads together in the Control Center.

Our network

We don't have to offer every service ourselves. Where a topic lies outside our own work, we can bring in suitable specialists and existing partner structures when needed and coordinate the collaboration – for example for:

We don't provide legal, tax or financing advice ourselves. These services are provided by appropriately licensed partners who work directly with the retailer.

  • Performance marketing
  • SEO
  • Content
  • Branding
  • Design
  • Photography
  • Tax advice and accounting
  • Financing
  • Specialist legal topics
  • Other specialist systems

The goal isn't to invoice every service ourselves. The goal is for the retailer to be better positioned overall.

Partner, not project

A collaboration that grows over years

A store is never finished. Ranges, brands, channels and customer expectations keep changing – and with every year of collaboration, we know your business better.

The classic model
  1. Website done
  2. Invoice
  3. Next client
Our model
  1. Start getting to know each other, assessment, shared goals
  2. Integration connecting systems, mapping the partner in the Control Center
  3. Collect data a reliable basis from all sources
  4. Analyze what works, what doesn't – and why
  5. Optimize implement and measure actions
  6. Automate take routine out of everyday work
  7. Evolve new goals, new systems, next round

After each round of development, analysis starts again – with more data and more experience than the year before.

Learning from each other

Selected partners who benefit from each other

Because we work with a small number of selected retailers who don't compete with each other, every partner can benefit from our work with the others.

Whatever we develop or discover with one partner becomes part of the system – and is therefore available to all partners.

  1. 01

    Better technology for everyone

A new interface, a fixed bug or an improved automation doesn't just benefit one retailer but everyone who uses the system.

  2. 02

    Experience from many businesses

We see which actions work for which range and transfer those insights instead of starting from scratch with every retailer.

  3. 03

    Exchange as equals

Where it fits and both sides want it, we connect partners with each other – for example on workshop, leasing, purchasing or automation.

We never pass on a partner's confidential business figures to others. What's shared are solutions and experience, not data.

Partner selection

A partnership has to work for both sides

Not every retailer is automatically a fit for us – and we're not a fit for every retailer. Because we work together closely and for the long term, we check together before onboarding whether the conditions are right.

Besides the size of the business, it's mainly about long-term compatibility – and fairness towards our existing partners.

Who the partner program is for

The program is aimed at mid-sized specialist retailers with annual revenue of roughly €3 million or more. Not because smaller or larger businesses matter less, but because effort and benefit fit together differently there.

Below approx. €3M revenue

Usually better served by a single solution

For very small businesses, the effort of ongoing support often isn't yet in proportion to the benefit. Here, our individual solutions – such as connecting the ERP or bike leasing – are usually the better place to start.

From approx. €3M revenue

This is where the model has its effect

Mid-sized specialist retailers who want to set themselves up for the future – with their store, data, automation and AI. This isn't only about growth, but about understanding their range better, planning better and automating routine work.

Large chains

Only by individual arrangement

Large companies usually have their own IT departments and structures that our model doesn't easily fit into. Working together is possible but is arranged individually.

Regardless of size and the partner program: our individual solutions – such as ERP integration, bike leasing, legal guarantee notices or Google CSS – are open to every retailer. See all solutions →

How a request works

  1. 01 Request You briefly describe your business and your systems.
  2. 02 Conversation We get to know each other and talk about your situation and goals.
  3. 03 Review We check region, brands and overlaps with existing partners.
  4. 04 Decision We tell you openly whether and how a collaboration makes sense.

A request is non-binding. If a partnership isn't a fit, we'll say so – and, where possible, tell you why.

Capacity

Two segments, no more than 20 partners each

We handle bike and sports retail separately, because ranges, suppliers and systems differ. The same limit applies to both segments.

Bike retail

max. 20 partners

Bike and e-bike retailers, brick-and-mortar and online, with workshop and leasing.

Sports retail

max. 20 partners

Sports retailers with their own range, brick-and-mortar and online.

The limit is based on our support capacity. We don't raise it to take on more partners.

Get to know each other

Let's find out whether working together makes sense

Tell us briefly who you are and which systems you use. We'll get back to you personally and arrange a first conversation.

  • Non-binding and confidential
  • A personal reply, no automated sales funnel
  • Honest feedback, even if it's not a fit

We only use your details to process your request. More in our privacy policy.
